Odd, he's definitely been loaned by the KHL team to you, but that shouldn't be possible in the game. We'll try to figure out how that happened. In the meantime, easy enough to fix: just turn on commissioner mode and edit his team back to them (and remove his OHL rights, they're currently with you, so it can't happen again.)
