Current Pro Cup champion Rolling Hills and highly-rated Valmara have dug a hole for themselves in the IPA First-Round action... both favored teams fell in the best-of-three series openers... Red Bluff surprised Rolling Hills 7-6 in Tycobbian play and Volusia just barely upended Valmara 1-0 in the Ruthlandian Union... two other favorites came home the winners... Wynnamac beat Belair Beach 5-3 in RU action and Turon topped White River 3-1 in the Tycobbian Union.
