Why not just use Sun Sox for Southport. They already have decent uniforms and a logo. In my opinion it's easier not to complicate things. Install what's available and start playing a dynasty.

If you can get someone to do a Southport Gold Sox logo, great. If not, that's ok too. The real fun is starting a league, getting invested and creating a new history and storylines.
