'MAC SUNDOWNERS ARE THE PRIDE OF THE IPA - THE 2070 PRO CUP CHAMPION
The baseball pundits and pollsters did not think the Wynnamac Sundowners would win the 2070 Islandian Pro Alliance Pro Cup crown this year... the Macs were only rated the fourth-best team in the postseason playoffs... but when #1 Rolling Hills, #2 Turon and #3 Valmara bit the dust, guess who was the last man standing - it was the Wynnamac Sundowners - the proud recipient of the Pro Cup Trophy for the 3rd time in the team's history... the Sundowners also won the much-prized Pro Cup in 2008 and 2055.

Wynnamac won the overall IPA crown by defeating the Turon Typhoons 4-2 in the third-and-deciding game of the series... after dropping the series opener, the Macs had to come back and win the last two games.
