But seriously, I think some of those moves were a case of more lucky than good. Old guys with something to prove. I'll give him props for Goldie and Arenado, but those were no-brainers. I just think Mo is not the guy to get the team over the hump. I have a bit of the same feeling about Schildt, but not as strongly, since the players seem to love the guy. Maybe it's more a gut feeling, but admittedly I'm a win-it-all-or-GTFO guy, and they haven't won it all in a decade now. Might be time to move on. |
