The Ishpeming Ironhearts is really very good... very well designed graphically.
Also like the Chicago Dominion, Woonsocket, St. Louis and San Francisco logos.
Do you do jerseys and caps, too?
And since you asked for constructive criticism... here goes... hope it helps.
No problem if you disagree... "Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder".
The San Jose Atomic is creative, but it is too busy and fancy for me... the multi-colored background under San Jose will not work well on OOTP screens, especially at 50 x 50 pixels.
I'm a fan of logos that are simply done... simple logos that have good color contrast and clarity show up best in on the OOTP game screens, especially at the smaller sizes like 50 x 50 pixels.
A fancy logo will look great at 300 x 300 pixels and 150 pixels... but when they get reduced to 50 x 50 in the game, fancy designs don't show up well.
The rest of your logos should look good on the game screens... they are done well, plain and simple with good color contrasts.
You might try another font on the Macon logo... it may be too plain... just my opinion.
Overall your work is well done!

No jerseys and caps yet. That's the next step. I'm kind of learning the logo side right now but I'm sure I'll get around to jerseys and caps (and sweaters since I want to use these for FHM too.)
Great point on the San Jose one, I was trying to really make something that captured an early 1960s aesthetic, but hadn't even thought about what it would look like smaller. That one was definitely just seeing what I could do.
With the Macon logo, I kind of agree. I like the boldness, but the font comes with Unicode to create flourishes that I couldn't figure out in GIMP.
Appreciate the feedback EC, thank you! I'll post some more in a few days.
