St. Louis scored one run in the fourth inning and three in the sixth and went on to defeat Springfield 4-2 at Oracle Park.
Coming off a five-game suspension for taking part in a bench-clearing brawl, Manuel Coke opened the scoring with a solo homer off Railers starting pitcher Alan Albanese in the top of the fourth.
Bob Saavedra had the big hit in the sixth-inning outburst, knocking a bases-loaded triple off Albanese.
Walkers starter Xavier Wigfall took a shutout into the seventh inning before surrendering a two-run homer to Mike Murray.
Nick Ruffalo took over and pitched two scoreless innings.
Nick Strother handled the ninth for his sixth save.
