A big month for Hill, who despite the text of the story above, is not a rookie. Otherwise he would have won Rookie of the Month as well instead of this guy:
Despite being up and down from Durham, Siegle was extremely productive in May showing off his 75-rated power.
Pretty put up some pretty numbers this month in Durham, and with our bullpen being semi-shaky this year he might get an opportunity sooner than later although his 80 stuff is paired with 40 control. He came over from San Diego with Kevin Morley in spring 2036 in a deal which saw Ricky Limongelli head to the Padres.
First-sacker Pontello was our 8th round draft pick last year out of Florida State, and he has prodigious MLB (70-rated) power. The reason he lasted until the 8th round, though, was that his hit tool isn't very good, and his 35/40 contact results in the anemic batting averages shown above.
