All of them, including the backup saves, seem to be missing the same 11 files. But all of the missing files have data that won't change during the game, so I think you can still fix them.

Create a new game of the same type as the save you want to fix, and copy the following files from it into your save file:

cities.dat
coach_template.dat
default_location_tactics.dat
gm_template.dat
injuries.dat
regions.dat
shot_type_mod.dat
states.dat
tactical_settings_mod.dat
template.dat
zone_event_mod.dat

I tested this with your Kraken save, and it worked, so it should be fine with the others as well.
