-ECHL teams no longer have AHL parents, to prevent excessive roster clutter from AHL teams sending them down a lot of players

So how does this work with players who are not getting enough playing time in the AHL? In real life, they should be able to go to ECHL for minutes and if there are injuries at the AHL level, ECHL players should be considered as roster fillers.

Curious how the game will handle this.
