It looks like the game is ignoring some of the preset injuries for some reason, still trying to figure out why - I think it may have been a late change we made to fix an issue with the game having trouble reading special characters in the presets file...although that shouldn't have affected Eichel, or Johnny Boychuk, whose injury is also not showing up. But the quick fix for Boychuk will probably work for Eichel as well: if you go to the \Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 8\quickstart_games\OpeningDay.quick folder and open the presets.txt file, find Eichel's entry and change "eicheja01" to "191959" (the alternate ID.) Then it'll work fine in any new game you start.
