I think there's a mistake on the Finances > Annual > Player Development section where it lists "Lower Player Development Bonus by 1" as saving more points than "Lower Player Development Bonus by 3".

For example, starting a standard game as the New Jersey Devils, it will save 12 points by lowering the development bonus by 1 and only 4 points by lowering the development bonus by 3. I believe this is likely mis-labeled.
