Not sure if this is a bug, but I increased the number of seats in my arena at the start of my 3rd season, but at the start of my 4th year, it reset to the original value before the changes. Is it supposed to reset?

Tangibly related, what determines how much an owner takes back from your financial profits on July 1st? Unless you folks purposely made Ottawa Sens owner Melnyk an asshat for more realism, he took over 90% of the profits of a lucrative year (>1000 financial points) leaving me with barely enough to upgrade my facilities.
