Hi!

This already bugged me in FHM7, but since I saw it in FHM8 as well, I would like to suggest a change:

Right now, when you play in IceHL, all non-Austrian players (including players from other IceHL-nations such as Italy and Hungary) rightfully count as foreign players for the IceHL-teams from Austria.

However, Austrian player in the game do not count as foreign players when a non-Austrian team signs them. This is wrong though, as Austrian players on non-Austrian teams should be considered foreign players for those teams.
(example: If Bolzano signs Michael Grabner, he should be considered foreign player for Bolzano)

Would be highly appreciated if the developers could take a look it it

The way it is now creates a bit of a wrong dynamic in the transfer market, also leading to weaker Austrian teams and I would love for this to be fixed.
