Thanks very much Sweed, that was exactly the issue. Not obvious at all.
And your directions were clear but just for posterity if anyone else hits this I had to go:
Game => Game Settings => League Settings => Stats and AI => Select Stats Detail
Then I selected Very High Detail for every league (the drop down for each league is on the far right).
And now I selected that halfway through the season obviously I only see the Spray Chart for the ABs after I made the change. But it works \o/
