I have noticed that about once every couple of games, when a goal is scored and there are two assists, the displayed goal on the 2-D ice surface shows only the first of the two assists. The second assist is not listed. See the example below. I haven't yet figured out what circumstances hold when this happens (e.g., sometimes it occurs for even strength goals, sometimes for power play goals).
