The St. Louis River Walkers have placed infielder Chris Duncan on the 10-day injured list after he suffered a rib cage injury during a 6-2 win at Louisville on May 14.
Duncan, 33, has played in 24 games for the Walkers this season, and has hit .327 with two homers and nine RBIs.
Getting the callup from AAA Memphis is 24-year-old infielder Rich Dodson.
A second-round pick in the 2033 draft, Dodson has hit .313 with five homers and 35 RBIs in 59 games this season for the Redbirds.
It is the first time Dodson has been been on a major-league roster.
