That's idiots trying to funnel points, which are almost certain to be caught by the system and reported to the game team.
According to Kris in a Discord post that's pinned in one of the channel, "most of the transactions people point out have already been caught by our automation and those teams have likely already been actioned. In certain cases, that action can take days as situations are investigated. A lot of the sales we see are a handful from one team to another, but we also see more complex and complicated situations that require additional investigation and resources to ensure that the proper teams are identified and proper action is taken."
