Not possible to get a random draft class like that.
If you start a game in 2021 and use the July 1 start option and turn commissioner mode on, you can import the 2012 Montreal team (on the league edit screen, structure tab) and delete the current one (you may want to retire all their players, which is an option on the team edit screen, first. Otherwise they'll all become free agents when you remove the team.)
