I've found this vid from a german boxing event held in Berlin back in January 1989. It features, among various other fights from lower weightclasses, the heavyweight bout Werner Pelz vs Karl-Heinz Heistermann, two pretty obscure german fighters from those days.
Not sure if any of these guys were rated yet.
