We have a trade!
Myers contract was running out after this year and i had a chat with him where he told me he was looking for around 3 years $4,000,000 AAV deal. That was so far away from what i was ready to offer ($2,000,000) so i decided we let him go if we were able to find replacement.
We found it!
Brett Pesce RD signs with
Nashville Predators. Deal is 3 years $4,800,000 AAV. I was looking for right shot D-man who are more defensive player and can make a good pair with
Ferrance. I couldnt find any trades so in my last option i checked free agents and
Pesce was there. I dont know how he was free agent since i think he has a deal with
Carolina Hurricanes in real life. Maybe they bought him out for whatever reason.
