You have to copy the new files into your save game folder and then rename them to replace the originals. (May want to backup the originals first in case you ever want to restore).
For me the jerseys would be: \Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 8\saved_games\My NHL - 172.lg\graphics\jersey_pics
Then helmets: \Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 8\saved_games\My NHL - 172.lg\graphics\helmet_pics
And finally the team logos: \Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 8\saved_games\My NHL - 172.lg\graphics\logo_teams
