OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - Can't seem to set player development or scouting budgets?

I'm in the offseason of a custom league I created, and I'm having trouble setting my Player Development Budget and Scouting Budget amounts. Both fields are editable, but when I type in an increased amount, it won't save my newly entered amount.

For reference, this is my first offseason with this league using OOTP 22, as I converted my OOTP 18 game to 22 recently.
