Catching Up

So, what has happened since I started the league in the year 2021?

I am in 2024 now, the fourth year of play. My Orioles have swept the World Series every single year (I jacked up all my starters' ratings in the first year, and I'm letting everything play out from there). The league has 36 teams so far, with the original thirty MLB teams as well as six fictional ones:

Charlotte Knights
Columbus Sea Lions (formerly Memphis Spiders)
Mexico City Vaqueros
Montreal Expos
Norfolk Tides
Salt Lake Bees

I have plans to expand once more by six teams to make 42, but that will only happen once one of the original expansion teams makes the playoffs. These six locations are the contenders:

Jacksonville, FL
Las Vegas, NV
Monterrey, Mexico
Nashville, TN
New Orleans, LA
Portland, OR

Because OOTP's scheduling for any league outside of the standard 30 teams is dumb, I'm stuck to playing only AL teams during the regular season, even though I have "allow interleague play" on.

Here are highlights and notable mentions from the past three years:
