Here is an example, its minor but what I kind of mean.
I'm GM of... Boston I'm in the MLB I get news relevant to my team and some league news. I have other leagues loaded like Korea, but I don't see anything about this league unless I go specifically looking for it - does that make sense? If there are settings I can change please let me know  |
If you wish to know about the Korean League, select it from the drop down and then look around.
If there are certain players you wish to follow in the Korean League, shortlist them and you'll get notices when they make the news for various reasons.

If you have other leagues and want to know what's going on in them, you have to visit them. IRL when you go to MLB.com they don't cover the Korean Leagues either. You have to go to the Korean League websites to find info on those leagues. Same with OOTP - you have to go to the League Pages to find info on the specific league you're looking for.
