While I've not seen zero shifts for anyone the shift numbers have always been screwy. High shifts for low times and low shifts for high TOI are common in the 2d.
I remember Jeff saying there was something about shifts not displaying correctly so I assumed it was that it's just reporting shifts wrong.
No odder than any but here's my last game. Among the outliers here Holtz had just two shifts for 12:34 while Beniers is credited eight shift for 12:18 so one of those must be off... but really there's several to see in every 2d game.
