Down 2-1, Cedar Rapids scored the game's next six runs and went on to defeat St. Louis 7-3 at Busch Stadium (2006).
The Grapplers gained command by scoring twice in both the third and four innings off River Walkers starting pitcher Edward Kunselman.
A Miguel Mato homer accounted for the first run in the top of the third.
Miguel Mena drove in the other run with a double, scoring Jose Morillo, who had been hit by a pitch.
Eric Peretz led off the fourth for the Grapplers with a single.
He scored when the next batter, Mark Hill, doubled.
Pitcher Edwin Rivera scored Hill with a single.
Steven Williams drove in Peretz, who had led off the inning with a double, with a double of his own off Brennan Weldon in the sixth.
Morrillo led off the seventh with a double off Weldon.
He scored on a Mena double off Scott Rissler to make it 7-2.
Rivera (14-9) earned his 14th win of the season by allowing two runs on six hits over seven innings. He struck out three and didn't walk a batter.
Jordyn Ibarra worked a scoreless eighth and got the first out of the ninth before getting into trouble following a double by Jackson Miler.
Miguel Britten got the final two outs, he also allowed an RBI double to Marcos Francis, to seal the win.
