I get similar notifications when it comes to hits...
Playing at a 'hit' level of plus one, the end of period message is something along the lines of: 'We're outhitting our opponent badly, should we play it safe and turn the hitting down by one step?'
Which would be fine except every time I check the box score hitting stats, I'm the one who's actually being outhit.

On quite a few occasions now, half my team has decided to do a line change after we get the puck in our offensive zone, which is THE worst time imaginable to do this.

Same. I've lost track how many times my third forward decides to peel off for a change while the other two possess the puck in the attacking zone. Sometimes he'll even back out of the attacking zone to head for the bench.
