Okay so I have been trying and looking for weeks now to do this. Ive seen posts that I thought were telling me and videos that I thought were telling me but not so much. So this is what I want to do, plain and simple......start a custom league with all 30 teams but no one on the rosters. I want to set up an inaugural draft for all 30 teams to fill rosters but I want the draft pool of players to be the all time best players ever. I'm talking from Ruth to Griffey, Ted Williams to Mike Trout and from Cy Young to Greg Maddox. All players in their prime of course. So it would just be a 30 team and 26 picks per team draft. That's only 780 players and I know their is historical player files with way more than that but I could have 100-150 more not drafted in free agent pool afterwards. Anyways, I KNOW it's possible to do this. Anything is possible on this game but I am either not understanding or just missing something because everything I try to do doesn't work. I've tried making a custom league and just changing every team's roster to the best roster they ever had but I don't want to do that. I want a complete fresh start. Anyone can go to any team. That's why I want my draft pool to be the all time best players in the prime their careers. So can someone, anyone help me to make this happen? Someone said I can join a custom online league but again, I just want my own league, with the players available for inaugural draft to be the best ever. How can I do this? I would obviously need a draft pool file to import with those players, correct? I also want all the other Gameface files and mods for managers, umpires, uniforms, ect. So I would need my database folder to have....what in it? And where do I go from that point? Forgive me, I just started playing ootp this year so maybe it's super easy to do. Can someone PLEASE be my hero and offer a novice a little much needed help? I would appreciate anything anyone can do so much. Thanks guys
