On the home front, Waffletown making a pseudo return to their roots, picking up Jimmy Sheckard (1901) and Charles Bender (1911) to add a couple of old timey players to the squad.
Thinking for next version, I might make that the "theme" again with a little twist.... any historical player will be eligible to join the team from the start, but for them to be replaced, the new player has to be from an earlier year (so if I end up with Iron(51) second baseman - Red Downs (1908) on the roster, he's there until I acquire someone from 1907 or earlier)... probably won't be as successful, but whatever... it's all in fun
