Ugh...
The Rays were demolished by the Cards in Game 3 and now trail the series 2-1. They were terrible in all phases of the game: offense (2 runs on 6 hits with
Matt Chapman's 2-run homer all they got), pitching (
Tyler Glasnow gave up 3 runs in 4 innings and
Tarik Skubal was lit up for 4 more) and defense (errors from
Wander Franco and
Heliot Ramos). Just going to have to put this one in the rearview and try to win at least one of the next two to bring the series back to St. Pete.
