Couldn't agree more with this!!
It'd be so useful to have assistants provide their insight into what suits each line - and with staff ratings in the game, if you skimp on coaches and hire imbeciles then they should provide less accurate info. Just like real life...
It's the one area I feel that grinds my playing time to a halt as I just don't know what to pick a lot of the time without doing extensive research/clicking!
