There is no reset in Perfect Team 22, as Perfect Team 23 comes with OOTP 23, a completely separate game. The servers for PT22 will continue for about another year after the release of OOTP 23.
That said, nothing from PT22 rolls over into PT23 (unless you somehow finish the missions for Brooks Robinson that came out Thursday night, which give you a Brooks Robinson to begin PT23). PP doesn't transfer, all the cards you get don't transfer, etc. It's a brand new game.
