If you've been around for a while, you've probably collected the majority (or all) of the cards in the two missions already. If not, you can always sell off unlocked cards for Perfect Points in order to buy the Robinson mission cards. As with everything else in Perfect Team, spending actual dollars is an option but not a requirement.
