Laughy Earns May's Top Batter Prize in SCA: Ricky Ticky Laughy may be much younger than other hitters in the South Charles Association, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in May to win the Batter of the Month award.

Rookie Swinger Scores Big in May: Youngster Gargoyle Falcone emerged as the latest North Charles Association Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Fort Hagen deserved the honor, batting .312 with 1 home run and 19 RBI. Is the month of May a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? Beachball Picked May's Best Newcomer: The outstanding rookie has been named for May -- and the winner is Wilson Beachball.

BMU Players of the Month
Chris Knickerbocker is May's #1 Hitter in CA: Chris Knickerbocker made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the Commonwealth Association this past month.

The 23-year-old hit .353 with 5 home runs, 20 RBIs and 13 runs scored.
Red-Hot May Lands Thesea Batting Prize in MA: At only 22 years of age, Bobby Thesea could very well be having many more months like the last this in his career.
That would be great news for fans of the Charles View Cannibals, as May was one to remember for the left fielder and he has captured the Massachusetts Association Batter of the Month award.
On the month he hit .345 with 10 home runs, 20 RBIs and 16 runs scored.
Taffington Boathouse Starter Named CA's Premier Pitcher: May was a very good month for Ryan Lynn of the Taffington Boathouse Spy Hunters. He held opposing hitters for a .232 average and took home the Commonwealth Association Pitcher of the Month award.

Poole Garners MA #1 Pitcher Award: When Whokill Poole takes the hill, he usually takes command of the game -- at least that's the way it was in May. The outcome was usually a Forest Grove victory. His fine 2-0 performance earned him the Massachusetts Association Pitcher of the Month trophy.
The talented Pugilists hurler made 4 starts, worked 30 innings, permitted 24 base hits, and struck out 27 while putting up a 1.80 ERA.
