From your Dynasty, I can assume you've played most of Bethesda's games, but have you ever dabbled in Paradox Interactive's games? There's a really good Elder Scrolls mod for CK2 (and probably for CK3 in the next 6 months once they finally manage to port it) that let's you be a feudal lord in the Elder Scrolls setting, with the earliest start date being 20 years after the fall of the Second Empire and the playable timeframe being 1600 years from that point, so to roughly 4E 400. The game map is the entirety of Nirn, and has really taught me a lot about lore/ES geography, as it has not just Tamriel, but Akavir, the remnants of where the Redguard came from, and the remnants of where the elves came from.
I also think Kvatch being rebuilt is actually canon too, not sure about the other locations though, but I also don't remember where I got that from. It's a real "blink and you miss it" reference.

Crusader Kings is on my steam wishlist, I just haven’t pulled the trigger on buying it. A TES mod just might push me over the edge
