Can this be done?
Can one possibly add leagues to a fictional game world after a few seasons have been simulated in it, and can the caliber of leagues possibly be changed at any time after their creation, even at least years down the line from the relevant game world's creation? I am asking this here because I now have three leagues in a certain game world, and I would like to perhaps add at least one or two more leagues to that game world, and/or change the caliber of the three leagues already in the game world, if at all possible.
