Look at picture 2 that you posted. In the slot that says "3d Model" you have {use default model}
You are not manually loading up the .MDL file.
In your "pictures and coordinates" tab upon the "team Settings" tab, look for the prompt that displays "3d Model"
Click the tab that displays "Select File"
Now find the file of Campbell's Field in wherever you are storing your stadium files for OOTP, and click on the .MDL file.
The mdl file is what makes the model work in OOTP
You are creating the issue, check your second picture posted and follow my instructions as listed above.
