That's strange. Left-click then hold-and-drag works for me. Barring that, I suppose you could always click the box next to the player you want in the player's list, then click the empty line position as a workaround.

It seems to be space left over on the dressed list, I can move it very very slightly to the left and right. It might be that. I have changed resolution multiple times. No clue otherwise
