Gardner fit a fly ball deep enough to center to allow Uso to score.

Zach Wenman connected on a one-out double, moving Herman to third.
Jordan Quinto drove him home with a single past the shortstop.
Evansville starting pitcher Ray Pocock lasted just 4.2 innings, allowing two runs on six hits. He struck out three and didn't allow a walk.
Handley finished the fifth for the Bosses and also worked the sixth when the Walkers tied it.
Stephon Harrison (2-0) earned the win after working two 1-2-3 innings.
