Is there any way I can interpret which roles my players are going to choose? Does the hidden Coachability stat affect whether the player will revert to another role? Do any other hidden stats affect this? Just looking for some clarity.

Does anyone have any advice for this? It feels pretty pointless assigning roles to players because they practically never stay in them.
