In mine, Matthews is close to that pace as well.

60 games into the 2025-26 season, Matthews has 76 goals, McDavid has 62, and then it drops off to MacKinnon at 42. He missed 18 games to injury so that may be part of it.

Every season it is always those same three guys...McDavid never has scored less than 60 in a season and Matthews only scored less than 70 once in the five seasons (62 that year). McKinnon is the outlier due to injury problems (missed 80 games once). When healthy, he is a 60+ goal scorer.

This is with 2D simulator for all teams in the NHL.
