Analysis

Nordhagen Beach and University Point remain at the top during this three-game week. Otherwise, Abernathy, Atom, and Salem made progress up the list for the Top 5.

Atom (#4) was the only team to sweep the weekend, knocking Quincy (#17) down in all three and establishing a three-game gap between themselves and Goodneighbor (#13).

With 40 more games to play, we are only a few weeks away from teams getting eliminated from the playoffs. The Party Boys (#1) also have a Magic Number of 23 for clinching a playoff spot with both Easy Town (#15) and Starlight (#11) sitting in the 6th spot.

One big piece of news was the trade of the amazing man that is Sheng Kawolski getting traded from Oberland (#18) to his hometown of Diamond City (#7) to play for the two-time champs. The Swatters are tied with Vault 81 (#6) for first place in the Railroad League, but it has been last in Starters ERA (5.23) in 2301. Kawolski gets to become the ace of the staff and get the best run support (385 runs) in the South Charles Association. That should help Kawolski improve on his current 7-5 record. He leads the SCA in strikeouts (104), K/BB (7.4), K/9 (9.2), BB/9 (1.2), and WHIP (0.90).
