Nobody goes in there to look for a mashup of every staff position all at once, they go in to look for Scouts or Coaches etc.
Seems backwards to me and would be a very easy quality of life improvement.

Because sometimes you can find a great candidate for the role you're looking for even if they're listed as a different job. And in real life many people take jobs they didn't have previously. (Former coaches becoming scouts for example)
