I will,continue to play PT22 since I have put so much effort into it but unless some serious changes are made will skip PT23.

Exactly..the collecting portion has zero value. While I won't skip PT23, I will keep using lower overall cards and stay in the lower divisions. Even in my gold division I am stagnant because of the number of diamnd level looking teams. I can't go back unless I dump and can't move forward.
