I have some questions about short listed players specific to OOTP Go.

1. It seems that I can have no more than 10 players on my short list
2. Even if I don't have 10 assigned, the option to assign a player to the short list seems to be random. I can assign some players, for others the option isn't available.
3. Regarding players ON the short list, there are some I can remove and some I can't.

What am I missing? I'm the full version of OOTP I have complete control over this.
