The Rays opened the ALDS with a 4-0 win over the Angels, facing the Halos for the fifth straight year in the postseason, and Tyler Glasnow was electric today, tying the club playoff record for strikeouts in a game with 12 and hurling 6 2/3 shutout innings. Luke Voit got the offense going by homering in his first Rays postseason at-bat, making that trade suddenly look better, and Adley Rutschman, whose bat took most of the season off, was 3-4 with an RBI. Dustin May will try to make it 2-0 Rays tomorrow.
