Jim O'Connor from his short tenure as an American League umpire in 1978-79 available on newspapers.com. This is the only one I can find those shows his face, from the April 9, 1979 edition of the Baltimore Sun. He
umpired in the minor leagues in the early-to-mid 1970s, so a better image is likely out there somewhere.
