Iron Curtain might be a possibility, although it would be a bit inflexible since it'd probably be limited to the top league. Age limits are a little more difficult for custom right now, since there's a lot of potential for problems with some of the mechanics of the way players are generated and move to post-junior leagues. We'll probably need to re-work those systems before we could let the age limits be changed.
