Oh yeah, I remember that video. I mean though, for TES, there's actually several well thought out theories about in-game economics, as well as some in game references to there being an 80 Septim a day minimum wage at certain points in the timeline (notably, this bit of dialogue was in reference to Argonians in Windhelm getting shafted and payed much less than that by Stormcloak friendly dockmerchants).
